All Levels Vinyasa Yoga – This is our most common class, because we believe a good teacher should be able to achieve all of the goals of studios regardless of level or skill.  Vinyasa classes allow the body to move with the breathe. The postures are linked in a continuous, challenging, and creative flow that combine strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind.  Students are encouraged to listen to their own body as they explore their own edge and discover inner strength. No two classes are the same and the teachers are skilled at providing modifications for the newer student as well as offering  cues for more experienced students looking to further their practice, that are completely options to the new yogi, or someone who has different goals for their yoga practice.

Slow Flow Restore-  Slow Flow - is slow, yet powerful yoga practice that combines an awakening and mindful flow with some juicy restorative stretches. Expect to connect with your core and build strength and release tension at the same time. Join Karen for a dynamic slow flow vinyasa that will prepare you to settle into a relaxing and healing restorative practice. The slow flow allows the body to warm up, creating an opportunity for the body and mind to lose its restlessness so it is easier to settle into a place of stillness. The restorative creates good alignment using props to make space for the breath to flow freely. Full deep natural breathing lets the brain know you are safe, which deepens the relaxation and furthers the body’s healing potential. This class will provide poses that range from gentle to challenging, but done with stable, self-centering energy. The pace of these classes is understandably slower and emphasis is placed on safe alignment and the maintaining balance of the slow breathing. The slow flow will warm up the body and prepare the bones to rest in supported poses. Restorative Yoga is a gentle, calming, therapeutic practice that soothes the nervous system and releases physical and mental tension. Props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps support the body in gentle stretching sequences and nurturing, sustained postures that ease the entire system into relaxation and balance. Restorative Yoga is perfect for beginners and a great complement for more experienced practitioners. It can help heal the effects of chronic stress and fatigue, support recovery from illness or injury, and aid in navigating anxiety and change.
